Supported Solutions Disability Services offers Supported Independent Living, Disability Support Services and Support Coordination with our head office based in Iluka. We service the Clarence Valley Region including Iluka, Yamba, Maclean, Ulmarra, Grafton, Wooli and all the other towns in between.
Supported Solutions Disability Services is owned by Tracy and David. Tracy is a fully qualified Support Coordinator and Psychosocial Recovery Coach with over 25 years’ experience she is also a Mum of 2 children living with server disabilities. She understands the issues of living with challenges and strives to assist in making your life better.

Our team consists of fully trained and qualified support workers who work with you to personalise the support that you or your loved one require.
